ChilliBOM Review	When you first put this sauce in your mouth you get all this beautiful sweetness, smokiness and spiciness and you think "This is not too bad" but then this very sneaky, very nasty Moruga scorpion sneaks up from behind and brings on a burn just out of nowhere, it is fabulous! It is no wonder that this sauce was crowned World Champion in the Extra Hot BBQ Sauce category at the 2019 World Hot Sauce Awards in Louisiana.
Manufacturer Review	We use our time honoured method, slowly and patiently ageing our Moruga Scorpion Peppers in kegs for up to 24 months. Then, we add our Wood-Smoked Red Jalapeño Peppers, apple cider vinegar, tomato, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, lemon juice and our own signature barbecue spice rub. The end result is an extra hot barbecue sauce with a rich and rustic flavour profile, a beautiful depth and sweetness from our brown sugar, a hint of smokiness and deep earthy notes from our chipotle peppers with that infamous Trinidad Scorpion sting. Jekyll & Hyde goes great with all your favourite meals, so it’s just as incredible on Mexican, Indian or Asian cuisine as it is on a massive Tomahawk steak!
